There are moments in life that shake you to your core— moments that reveal what was fragile, what was borrowed, and what was truly yours. My turning point happened in a very public way. One day, the life I’d committed to, protected, and nurtured suddenly shifted beneath my feet, and I found myself standing in a version of reality I never imagined.
At first, I felt the weight of it in ways I couldn’t put into words. The grief, the confusion, the questions about who I was now. But even in the midst of that unraveling, I had two daughters watching me—studying how I handled the kind of heartbreak life doesn’t prepare you for.
THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING
I realized I wasn’t just rebuilding for myself. I was rebuilding for them. I needed to become the woman I wanted them to believe they could be.
So I walked through the hard parts. Not perfectly. Not quickly. But with intention. I learned how to choose myself in moments that once would’ve silenced me. I learned how to create boundaries that honored my peace. I learned how to heal from the inside out, not from the outside in.
What was meant to break me ended up shaping a stronger, wiser, more grounded version of myself—a woman who knows her worth, her voice, and her purpose.
MY WORK IS BORN FROM THAT TRANSFORMATION
I now guide women through the courage it takes to rebuild their identity after life delivers a blow they never saw coming. I help them rise from survival into wholeness, from silence into truth, from heartbreak into power.
My upcoming book, When the Sh!t Isn’t Funny Anymore, is both a reflection of my own becoming and a roadmap for every woman walking through her own turning point. It’s the story of grief, awakening, and radical rebirth—told with the honesty and compassion women deserve.
I am a mother, an author, and a woman who rebuilt her life from the inside out.
My purpose now is simple: To remind women that their breaking point is not the end of their story —it’s the beginning of their rise.
